Loir wines by pairing them with simple dishes from the Coteaux du Loir and Jasnières AOCs.
Everyone tries to spot the flavours in the wines and find the simple match that works best!
It was a fun, enjoyable and convivial exercise, and a great way to get to know our wines and local specialities.
