 Joan of Arc Tower

This tower of medieval style, tops the ancient feudal motte of La Chartre-sur-le-Loir. Joan of Arc Tower was built in 1921. It houses a chapel dedicated to the memory of the victims of the wars of the 1st part of the 20th century and is crowned by a statue of Joan of Arc, symbol of national patriotism.

At the panorama “Mon idée” in Lhomme, a nice view on Loir Valley and vineyards is waiting for you. Located in the middle of vineyards you can have a picnic there.
