In our beautiful green valley, just a few kilometres from the Ronde des Forêts et de la Vallée trail and in the Bercé forest, I offer traditional massages tailored to your needs and constitution. The bucolic, relaxing setting is a delight for people looking for a break from nature, as well as cyclists and hikers. Invite yourself to take a break and recharge your batteries. With a holistic approach to well-being, I also offer group yoga sessions and yoga therapy (one-to-one). Massage sessions: 45 minutes or 1h15. Yoga and yoga therapy: 1 hour. Gîtes and restaurants nearby.
