Atelier de Bernache

A workshop at the estate, held during the winemaking season, offering an insight into: • the cellar and the facilities, • the key stages of the winegrower’s work after the harvest, • the winemaking process, • the production of ‘bernache’ and a tasting, • Tasting of 3 AOC wines, • Gourmet tasting: the tasting of wines or musts is accompanied by cold meats and cheeses, • Complimentary tasting glass. €30 per person, including: o a guided tour by the winegrower, o a tour of the cellar, o a gourmet selection of cold meats and cheeses, o a complimentary tasting glass. Tasting of wines (at least 3 wines) and ‘bernache’ (fermenting must). Maximum 12 people, minimum 4 people required. Bookings can be made up to 48 hours in advance via the Vallée du Loir website.
