This is THE traditional game of Anjou.
boule de fort is played indoors on a curved track. The boules, which were once made of corm wood but are now often made of resin, are rimmed with iron and slightly domed on one side.
In the Anjou Vert region, a number of companies will be happy to welcome you and introduce you to the game, its rules and customs.
