La Petite Richardière offers 2 gîtes for a total of 25 people. The 6-hectare estate makes it the ideal venue for family reunions or get-togethers with friends, as well as seminars and rejuvenation courses. 2h30 from Paris between Le Mans and Angers, 15 minutes from the famous La Flèche zoo and its Prytanée. There are many châteaux to visit in the surrounding area, as well as renowned vineyards. For sports enthusiasts, there's a horse-riding farm nearby, canoeing on the River Loir and hiking trails.
