I took over the family estate created by my parents in 1984. Joined by my husband Guillaume in 2020, we now farm 14 hectares of AOC Jasnières and 4 hectares of AOC Coteaux du Loir, producing an average of 90,000 bottles each year.
We cultivate our vineyard using sustainable methods, working the soil between the rows. We sow legumes in the spring to maintain the organic matter needed for the grapes to develop properly.
We vinify and bottle all our wines on the estate.
In July and August: Tuesdays 11am and Thursdays 4pm, tours of the troglodyte cellars and wine tasting (1 hour) for individuals and tourists.
Cellar visits for groups by appointment all year round.
For wine tastings and purchases, the estate is open all year round.
