Description

It dates from the 15th century and was remodelled in the 17th and 19th centuries. It is of Romanesque origin. Its roof is topped by a small bell tower in the centre. Wall paintings from the 14th and 16th centuries, discovered in 1953, depict Saint Martin blessing Saint Julien and various figures in Italian Renaissance-style clothing. On the wall around the church, a black litre is painted with various coats of arms that are difficult to identify. There is a wooden altarpiece decorated with a plaster Saint Peter carrying a bunch of gilded wooden keys. The altar is made of stone. To visit, contact the town hall during opening hours.
