Organised into several modules, this exhibition explores the life of the tree in a fun and scientific way. It all begins with the seed, which already holds the promise of the tree to come. In fertile soil, it germinates, grows and, patiently, becomes a tree. The old, gnarled branch preserves the scars of time and tells the story of the tree. Seeds, buds, slices of wood and models offer a fascinating insight into the growth of trees, the circulation of sap, the strength of wood and communication between trees. A fascinating journey to the heart of the plant world.
