This holiday rental is equidistant from Angers and Saumur, making it ideal for a family or group of friends looking for forest walks, visits to heritage sites and La Flèche zoo. On the ground floor, you will enjoy the following areas: - A cosy living room with fireplace, dining room and recently fitted kitchen. - a conservatory ideal for mid-season meals - a bedroom accessible to people with reduced mobility with 1 double bed (140cm), an accessible shower room and WC. - a laundry corridor with washing machine and cleaning utensils. - A separate toilet. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms: - one with 3 single beds (90cm) - the other with 1 double bed (140cm) - and a separate shower room and WC. From the outside or from the veranda, you can access the separate bedroom with a 160cm bed and its own shower room and WC. In the courtyard, young and old alike can play table tennis. Outside, a private enclosed area is ideal for relaxing in fine weather. The owners offer a WIFI internet connection. Please note that depending on the telephone operator, access to the mobile network is very poor. The gîte is air-conditioned depending on the season. Baby equipment: high chair and cot. Heating is included, with the exception of wood for the fireplace (€50.00 / stere), and bed linen, towels and cleaning services are optional.
