Welcome to this charming gîte in Noyant-Villages, in the heart of the Anjou countryside. Very comfortable, modern, bright and cosy, it will win you over with its tasteful decor and warm atmosphere. This rare property is ideal for a relaxing break with family or friends, thanks to its private heated indoor pool and 5-person SPA. The owners, who are natives of the region and live on site, will be happy to advise you and share their best addresses and ideas for local discoveries. The large living room, bathed in light and with a cathedral ceiling, offers a lovely dining area and a cosy, convivial lounge around an open fireplace. There's also a table football table for lively games... The kitchen, which opens onto the living space, is ergonomic, functional and attractive. It boasts a host of high-quality appliances and equipment. Direct secure access to the indoor pool and spa from the kitchen. Upstairs, a mezzanine with bookcase, sofa and television leads to the sleeping area, comprising : - 1 bedroom with 160 × 200 cm bed - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 140 × 190 cm - a shower room with large shower, vanity unit and heated towel rail - A separate WC The bedrooms are air-conditioned. On the ground floor, there is also a WC with washbasin and a small shower (0.65 m × 1 m). Outside There is a private lawned garden of around 700 m², in the peace and quiet of the countryside, with plenty of outdoor play equipment for children, including a table tennis table. Wooden terrace with wrought iron garden furniture, outdoor bar... The grounds, which are not enclosed, end in a small river, the Marconne (shallow but not safe). The wellness area is entirely indoors, so you can enjoy it in all weathers... guaranteeing some great swimming. Nearby attractions: La Flèche zoo 25 minutes away, Appoticairerie and Château de Baugé 20 minutes away. In the centre of Noyant, 1km away, you'll find plenty of shops and services for everyday life.
