On the 1st floor you will find a kitchen that opens onto the dining room and is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge, freezer, microwave and coffee maker. A cosy lounge in a dedicated room. The bathroom with separate toilet is also on the 1st floor. The sleeping area is on the second floor, with 3 bedrooms (each with a double bed and a single, a double bed and a cot, or a 160x200 bed) and a mezzanine with a 90x190 sofa that can be converted into a 180. In the town centre, close to the shops, we're 1 km from the voie verte and less than 40 km from La Flèche zoo, the châteaux of the Loire, Le Mans and Tours. You can park your vehicle in the courtyard, which is enclosed by a lockable gate, with a garden shed at your disposal.
