Furnished gîte for 2 to 5 people in the countryside in southern Sarthe

Renovated gîte for 2 to 5 people using healthy, high-quality materials. Ground floor: 1 large 26 m² living room with fitted kitchen, log-burning stove and convertible sofa bed for 2 people, 1 7 m² shower room and WC with large Italian shower. Upstairs is a 25 m² bedroom with a 160 x 200 double bed and 1 single bed. The gîte is adjacent to the owner's house but independent, with its own shady garden and table. Breakfast can be provided on request.
