Quiet and peaceful detached house where you may be lucky enough to spot some wildlife...

New gîte set in 1.5 hectares of woodland, with all modern comforts, Large living room communicating with the fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, crockery, coffee machine + Senséo, kettle, toaster, 6-person raclette machine, waffle/snack maker). 1 bedroom with queen-size bed (160) and baby cot on request. Bathroom with bath, washbasin, toilet and heated towel rail.) A second bedroom (next to the first) has a queen-size bed (160) and its own shower room (walk-in shower, basin, toilet, towel rail). In the living room, a sofa-bed and a BZ can be used as extra sleeping space. Free baby equipment: cot, high chair, potty. A washing machine/dryer, ironing board and iron, and clothes line are available. TV and wifi in the accommodation. Ample on-site parking, secure electric gate. Prices for a minimum of 2 nights, weekend and weekly rates. Cleaning charge of €45. 5 mins from Durtal castle, 20 mins from La Flèche Zoo, 20 mins from Angers, 30 mins from Le Mans.
