Ideal gîte for a group of family or friends with children. This 130 m² flat has a 50 m² terrace and views over the garden and forest. On the ground floor, the living room with TV and Wifi opens onto a fitted kitchen. WC. Upstairs, a corridor leads to the 4 bedrooms. Each has a TV, a storage cupboard with hanging space, a mirror and a desk with chair. Umbrella bed and cot available. 2 bedrooms with 140x190 beds, one of which has an additional 90x190 bed, 1 bedroom with 4 90x190 beds. Master bedroom with double bed (140x190), en-suite bathroom and WC. Shared bathroom and WC for the other bedrooms. BASIC RATES: 132€ per night for 6 people, 18€ per additional person for a minimum of 2 nights, free for children under two. Weekly rate: 792€ for 6 people and 108€ per additional person. Towels, tea towels, kitchen towels, toilet paper and cleaning products are included in the price. For reasons of hygiene, sleeping bags are not accepted. Sheets and pillowcases are compulsory (see options). We offer 2 options on request: Cleaning package 65€.
