Atypical accommodation set against the rock overlooking the Loir valley, close to La Flèche zoo, the 24-hour race circuit and the châteaux of the Loire Valley.

Atypical detached house 100m2 with old charm comprising 2 very spacious bedrooms, a living room with television and wifi, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, gas hob, kettle, fridge, dishwasher), bathroom with shower and bath and a toilet. Terrace with table, chairs, sun lounger and parasol, with uninterrupted views over the Loir and its valley. There is a garden with furniture and outdoor games (slide, trampoline, tree house, sandpit, table tennis). Access to the accommodation is via a stone staircase built into the rock. The accommodation is on one level. There is also secure parking for three vehicles. You can charge an electric vehicle on site with a domestic charger (on request). Bed linen and bath towels are provided.
