Charming 16th century farmhouse, comprising the owners' barn and the gîte, restored with respect for the heritage and in a style that blends the old with the new. For nature lovers, the gîte is located 200 m from a river, close to the GR36 and forests in a green, undulating setting.

Our gîte can accommodate up to 7 people. It is located 40 minutes from the Le Mans 24-hour race circuit, Tours, Saumur and Angers, and 15 minutes from La Flèche zoo. It has a floor area of around 80m² and comprises : Ground floor: - Newly fitted kitchen (with dishwasher, induction hob, fridge, oven and microwave) opening onto the dining room and lounge (sofa bed); - bedroom with double bed (140x190cm); - a shower room with WC; First floor - 1 bedroom with a 140x190 cm double bed; - 1 bedroom with a single bed (90x190 cm) and a double bed (140x190 cm); - bathroom with WC; Open parking. Private terrace. Outdoor play area. Bed linen provided. Baby equipment available on request. Internet access Animals are not accepted. Gîte RATES: €140 per night 2 nights minimum
