Charming house for 10 people, located in a peaceful countryside setting, close to the banks of the Loir and just 10 minutes from La Flèche zoo.

The warm, comfortable interior makes it a great place for family gatherings or 'tribe' stays. Dining room with wood-burning stove and sitting room with large-screen TV + DVD player. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, electric oven, induction hob, 2 large fridge-freezers. The ground floor double bedroom, with direct access to the outside, has its own shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs, the two bedrooms consist of a double bedroom with a single bed and a bedroom with a double bed and 3 single beds. The bathroom has a shower and bath.
