Family gîte halfway between Le Mans and the gateway to Touraine. Ideal for getting away from it all, very peaceful, with exceptional views over the countryside. Fully equipped kitchen, dining room, sitting room with fireplace. Ground floor: 2 adjoining bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140cm). Bathroom with double washbasin, Italian shower and WC. Access to first floor via spiral staircase: 3 bedrooms. 1 large bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 x 90cm beds and 1 bedroom with 2 x 90cm beds. 1 bathroom with corner bath, washbasin and WC. Internet access. Flat-screen TV. Heating included, beds made on arrival. Natural swimming pool under construction (due to open in summer 2021). Gîte overlooking the valley, with access to the end of the Chemin des Guittières.
