Situated 10 minutes from the ZOO de la FLECHE, you can take advantage of the many hiking and cycling trails, as well as the many places to visit (Malicorne pottery, Durtal and Le Lude castles, the Le Mans 24-hour race circuit and the car museum, and the town of Saumur with its Cadre Noir...). The accommodation comprises a living room with a kitchen area equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, toaster and a range of kitchen utensils. The living room has a convertible sofa, a sofa bed, a coffee table with television and 3 bunk beds (80 cm/190 cm) equipped with socket and independent reading light. The double bedroom has a 160 cm / 200 cm bed, dressing area and TV. Shower room with large 90cm/120cm shower and separate WC. Private courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue where you can enjoy a quiet outdoor breakfast. There is also a large indoor swimming pool (15 m/5 m) heated to 30°C in both summer and winter, where you can enjoy a pleasant swim in a games area with table tennis and table football.
