Description
The gardens of the Château de Gastines in Fougeré, which have been awarded the Jardins remarquables label, are an eden of greenery and flowers, punctuated by the murmur of water.
Surrounding the listed 16th- and 18th-century château, admire a series of gardens, moats, ponds and fountains designed by Louis Benech: roses, boxwood and lavender on the terrace, hedges of hornbeam and formal garden. The garden is also open for the Gardeners' Weekend and during Heritage Days.
