Completely renovated in 2023, you will be accommodated in this 70s house with a large garage on the ground floor and the living rooms on the first floor. An ideal place for bikers! [SIGHTSEEING / ACTIVITIES] Spend a pleasant day at La Flèche Zoo, less than 30 minutes away, which has 1,500 animals from Asia, Africa and America (discount on admission available at the gîte). Baugé-en-Anjou, 20 minutes away, also offers interesting sights, including the apothecary dating from 1675 and the Château de Baugé. The banks of the Loire are 30 minutes away. The vineyards of Saumur, Bourgueil and Chinon are also nearby. Tours is 50 minutes away, Angers 1 hour. On the 1st floor, very bright living room with uninterrupted views over the countryside to the east and west.
