The property spans 175m² on 2 levels. Ground floor: : - A large, light-filled 70m² living room with lounge, big screen TV, dining area for 12 people, large high-quality fitted kitchen. The bay window opens directly onto the terrace. - A 20m² bedroom with dressing room and 160 x 200cm bed. - A laundry area. - A separate toilet. - A beautiful 13m² shower room with 2 basins and a large walk-in shower. The first floor is reserved for the sleeping area: - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190cm) and a double bed (140x190cm), - 1 bedroom with 1 bed 90x190cm and a bed 140 x 190cm (+ an extra bed for a child 90 x 160cm) - 1 landing room with a 140 x 190cm bunk bed (room isolated from the noise of the living area and windows with blinds) - 1 shower room with toilet, bath and washbasin Air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs. Each bedroom has a dressing room. On-site activities: swimming, table football, croquet, darts, pétanque, molky, etc. Outside: 49m² terrace with garden furniture for 12 people, children's games, awning, electric griddle, above-ground swimming pool, 4000m² of private green space. You're likely to spot roe deer, birds, pheasants, rabbits...
