Just 5 minutes from La Flèche and its zoo, the gîte des Vignes, adjoining the gîte de la Pauverdière but not overlooked, offers you everything you need to relax in peace and quiet, stroll through the small villages in the area and admire the countryside on foot or by bike at La Vélobussonnière, just 200 m away. Set in 6,000m2 of greenery, this 80m2 longère is a 4-star-rated furnished holiday home with, on the ground floor : - a large living room (sofa bed for 2 people/living room of 50 m2) and a fully-equipped kitchen, a breakfast preparation area and a separate toilet. Upstairs you'll find: 2 large bedrooms, one with 1 double bed (160*200) and 1 with 2 single beds (90*200). Bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. Air conditioning in all rooms. For your leisure, there is an outdoor play area for children aged 3 to 12, a table tennis table and a petanque area. Bed linen and towels can be hired on request for €10 per person. A cleaning charge of €50 is compulsory for professionals.
