At the gateway to the Châteaux of the Loire and the region's main vineyards, the gîte is ideal for tourist trips. All shops on site. Adapted for people with reduced mobility. Access to the gîte via a ramp. Single-storey gîte with living room, equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, kettle....), dining area and lounge area with TV sofa bed for 2 people. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and 1 small bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90cm) (ideal for children but not for two adults). 1 bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. Bed linen provided. Electric heating. Linen hire, complete kit per stay: 10€. Extra cleaning charge: 50€.
