Le Cèdre du Prieuré is a privileged location for nature lovers, just 5 minutes from the Bercé national forest and situated on a number of signposted hiking trails. NO RESERVATIONS POSSIBLE FOR PROFESSIONALS. Its other advantage is that it is 30 minutes from Le Mans and its motor racing circuit. A haven of peace and greenery, with a large garden planted with trees and not overlooked, plus an above-ground swimming pool in summer. Quality comfort and equipment. Reversible air conditioning. Large veranda. Living room of 37 m2 with sitting room, fully equipped kitchen, dining room... Bathroom with bath, large shower, 2 washbasins and WC. 3 bedrooms: bedroom 1: king-size bed (160-200) bedroom 2: two beds (90-190) bedroom 3: two beds (90-200). This bedroom/studio is in an outbuilding, on one level and completely independent, with its own shower room and WC, (10m from the entrance to the main house.) TV in the bedroom.
