The gîte is at the start of a network of hiking, cycling and horse-riding trails leading to the Bercé forest.

Situated on a landscaped hectare with a river running through it, this 12-bed gîte offers: a 43 m² dining room for 20 people (catering can be provided on site), a fully-equipped kitchen (gas cooker, dishwasher, microwave, etc.), a 26 m² veranda, 2 bedrooms for 4 people, 2 bedrooms for 2 people, 2 shower rooms, 1 toilet and 2 WCs. Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Laundry room with washing machine. Sheets for hire on request. Horses welcome in meadows with electrified fences. Additional sleeping accommodation on site. Rates include all charges. 20 euros per person per night (minimum 10 people excluding weekends)
