In the heart of the Loir valley, between Tours and Le Mans, in a haven of peace on the heights of Poncé sur Loir, near the Château de Poncé and the Jasnières hills, come and stay in a spacious, comfortable gîte. Ground floor: fitted kitchen, separate dining/living room. Separate WC. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and en-suite shower room (Italian shower). First floor: large landing. 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 80 (or 1 bed 160) and 1 bedroom with 2 beds 80 (or 1 bed 160). Bathroom with shower and bath and WC in the bathroom. Beds made on arrival and towels provided. Gas barbecue-plancha. NO SMOKING. Heating compulsory supplement from 01/10 to 15/04: 8 euros per day. Cleaning package compulsory extra charge for professionals: 80€. (Garbage truck passes by around 4.30 a.m. on Wednesdays). Possibility of cleaning during the stay for long-term rentals. Every 15 days, cleaning package charged at €80.
