Spacious gîte in the completely renovated farmhouse of the château built in 1850, located in the heart of the countryside. Enclosed grounds of 1 ha, private terrace of 70 m². Sandpit, swing and trampoline. Ground floor: living room, fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 x 160x200 bed) with en-suite shower room, separate WC. First floor: 3 bedrooms (1-2: 2 twin 80x200 beds, 3: 1 140x190 bed), bathroom, separate WC. Additional equipment: freezer, hi-fi system. C Includes: electricity, wood. Not included: oil heating (€20/day). Cleaning package: 55 euros to be paid on site if not included in the booking contract. Sheets cannot be hired.
