A stroll through the gardens planted with trees over a hundred years old, between the moat and the river, offers numerous views of the capricious volumes of the manor house: high gables, round towers and quadrangular pavilions, chapel bell tower and flower-filled terraces. The chapel, with its two Plantagenet-style pointed arches, is also open to visitors, as are a number of rooms representative of the manor's architectural interest: drawing rooms, bedrooms, staircases and library.
