You'll be able to enjoy a range of different atmospheres as you make your way along the route, as the site is a mosaic of natural environments: dry grasslands, wetter meadows, woodlands, thickets, hedgerows, etc.
Depending on the season, you may even come across some heritage species such as orchids, the Damier de la Succise butterfly or the Red-backed Shrike, which migrates from Africa to breed here.
