Located between La Flèche and Durtal, we prepare traditional dishes using only the freshest local produce and 100% home-made ingredients.
With 'cordon bleu' parents, one of whom was a restaurateur, it was natural that they passed on to me a taste for cooking, and it was with my grandfather that I learnt about working the land and the pleasure of cooking with freshly-picked produce.
So it's essential to me that we only work with raw, fresh, local produce.
After 15 years in the financial sector, I decided to take the plunge and make my dream come true: to run a restaurant!
It was with great enthusiasm that I took over this beautiful establishment in September 2024.
