The 11ᵉ edition of Tablissime invites you to enjoy an unforgettable experience on 19 to 21 June 2026, in a unique setting ... WHERE? Rotonde Ferroviaire de la Vallée du Loir - Montval-sur-Loir WHEN? A choice of three times to suit you: - Dinner on Friday 19 June at 7pm - Dinner on Saturday 20 June at 7pm - Lunch on Sunday 21 June at 12 noon Duration of the experience: approximately 4 to 5 hours A UNIQUE PLACE Built in 1890, the Montabon railway roundhouse is a rare jewel of industrial heritage. A former depot for up to 85 locomotives, it features a swing bridge, vintage engines and an Orient-Express carriage. Listed as a historic monument and supported by Stéphane Bern, it takes you back to the golden age of rail. A GUEST CHEF Romain Tricot - He caused a sensation at last year's Tablissime with his brazier cuisine, so he's back to delight us all! With his rustic yet refined style, he has devised an exceptional menu that promises smoke, flavour and gourmet surprises. And as always, Tablissime likes to surprise you... Every detail counts - from the discovery of the place to the art of the table, via encounters with enthusiasts. THE MENU At Tablissime, we like surprises... So the menu remains hidden for those who like to be surprised. But for the impatient, there's a little hint at the bottom of this page! Please note: no alternative menus will be available on site.
