Discover the SIVERT's "Making everyone responsible, taking action for sustainable development" tour and leave with the keys to understanding the issues of everyday ecology, recycling and energy management.
The "Taking responsibility, taking action for sustainable development" tour addresses the issues of everyday ecology, recycling and energy management, using films, interactive panels and games, models, virtual tours, etc. A range of teaching aids give visitors the keys to doing the right thing to preserve our natural resources and work to protect our planet. Visitors can also find out how the Salamandre waste-to-energy plant works: every year, by treating 110,000 tonnes of waste, it produces 65,000 MWh of electricity, equivalent to the annual consumption of Saumur (population: 30,000), all in an environmentally-friendly way!
