EARL Vilguenais is a family business run by Claire and Grégory in the commune of VIEIL BAUGE in BAUGE EN ANJOU. We raise pigs from birth. We feed them with our own produce straight from the farm. The feed is made up of cereals grown using sustainable methods, without GMOs or antibiotics (96% of the pigs' feed comes from the farm). Our pigs are fed on straw. Our pigs are slaughtered locally at the Charal abattoir (72) and processed locally in our own LABORATOIRE DECOUPE BAUGEOIS VALLEE, located in BEAUFORT EN VALLEE (49). The animals are transported by us (for better product traceability). Our commitment is to offer our customers products that are as natural as possible and respectful of the environment. We offer retail and parcel sales. Our range: roasts, chipolatas, sausages, ribs, escalopes, lardons, black pudding, paupiettes, rouelle, rillettes, pâtés de campagne, black pudding spreads, confit roasts, etc.
