Before becoming an instrument, a tree goes through a long adventure guided by the eye of the violin maker: choosing the tree, knowing the species, making the tools. Through interactive experiments, the luthier reveals how a simple piece of wood is transformed into a source of musical vibrations, unique to each musician.
