With its 320 kilometres, the Loir Valley by bicycle – V47 starts at the source of the Loir (Saint-Eman in Eure-et-Loir) and ends in Angers, where it links to the Loire by bicycle. Far from the bustle of cities, the Loir Valley is a land of picturesque villages of vineyards and orchards, troglodytic dwellings dug in tuffeau rock. It is a quiet paradise located at only 40 km north of “La Loire”.
