In the heart of the Loir Valley, between Maine and Touraine, in a troglodytic setting between a wooded hillside and the Loir, a completely independent house lulled by the sound of the water from the dam. 15 minutes from the A28 (Le Mans-Tours), exit 26, and 1.5 km from the 'Loir à vélo' cycling route between La Flèche and Vendôme. Sleeps 7 people on 3 levels with 4 bedrooms, 3 shower rooms and 3 WCs.
