  • First and foremost, we fell in love with the old stone that brought us to Courdemanche, then with its welcoming, hilly village, which is full of charm and well worth a visit.
    That's why my husband and our three children want you to enjoy it and come and stay with us.
    We are located 25 minutes from the 24H race circuit and 40 minutes from Tours, not far from the Bercé forest (11 km) and the Coteaux de Jasnières. Small footpaths are at your disposal to visit our countryside.

    You can walk to the bakery a few metres from the house to pick up your fresh bread in the morning, and there is a grocery store/restaurant open during the day but not in the evening. We also have a pharmacy for emergencies.

    We are less than an hour from the first Châteaux of the Loire and you can see some beautiful houses and a few Châteaux not far from us. Just 15 minutes away, the village of La Chartre sur le Loir offers gourmet and family restaurants, second-hand goods shops and lovely places to visit.
    Nothing could be better for a great holiday or a great stay for various events.

    There is a garden, a view of the garden and free Wi-Fi throughout the house.
    Towels and bed linen are provided.
    We serve an à la carte breakfast every morning.

    The nearest airport, Tours Val de Loire, is 56 km away.
