Halfway between Le Mans and Tours (10 km from Château du Loir) on the A28 motorway, Château du Loir exit, Maryse and Philippe CISSE welcome you to their gîte on the edge of the Bercé forest, classified as an exceptional forest in the Vallée du Loir region, set in 3,000 m2 of wooded grounds.
Ground floor: 40 m2 living room with TV lounge area and fireplace, fitted kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave), 1 bedroom with double bed and shower room, 1 billiards room, TV socket, DVD player. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 4 single beds, 2 interconnecting bedrooms with 4 single beds, shower room or bathroom, WC, TV socket in each bedroom. Electric heating.terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs, boules pitch, linen room. Enclosed parking and garage. On-site dairy farm with free tour; opportunity to watch milking. Walking, horse-riding and mountain bike trails in the Bercé forest start 50 m from the gîte. Linen hire available (€10/bed and €8/person). Baby equipment available.
Electricity and firewood charges not included, to be paid directly to the owners on departure. Internet wifi with fibre.
Deposit 700 euros.

Cleaning fee of €100 compulsory in addition, to be paid when booking or when arriving on site.
