At the crossroads of Touraine, Anjou and Sarthe, in the heart of the Loir Valley, just a stone's throw from La Flèche Zoo and Le Lude Castle, this completely ecological gîte welcomes you into its intimate world: built from straw bales covered in lime, the atmosphere here is troglodytic: The natural humps and hollows of the construction add charm to the sober décor, with its emphasis on authentic materials: terracotta floor tiles, beams, parquet floors, casein paint, tadelakt in the bathrooms and a green roof. You'll feel like you're in a cosy nest, sheltered from the noise, the cold in winter and the heat in summer.

You can stroll through the grounds, lulled by the sound of the waterfalls along the river, walk along the reach under a green arch, have fun zigzagging among the bamboo, pet our goats who help us shear throughout the year... enjoy the swimming pool in summer, play table tennis, pétanque, badminton... not forgetting to relax or read in our deckchairs...
