This 14th-century farmhouse, restored by Maisons Paysannes de France, is a fine example of traditional rural architecture.
Situated on an old traffic route, it still has a longère (farmhouse), a 35 m well, a bread oven, a pigsty and old tools.
It illustrates farming life in the past in the closeries of Sarthe.
The association will be on hand to present its work to preserve rural heritage.

The Château and the church of Saint Symphorien form an ensemble on the banks of the Loir, built in medieval times.
You can visit the church, moat, gardens, watchtower and drawing rooms.
Self-guided tours on Saturday 2pm to 6pm and Sunday 10am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm.
Guided tours on Saturday 2pm to 5pm and Sunday 10am to 11am and 2pm to 5pm.
