Situated in the Bout du Monde district, on the left bank of the Loir opposite the château, in front of the dam, it was built in the 11th century by the monks of Saint Serge, desecrated in the 14th and then renovated in the 20th and 21st centuries. The stonework is original, the roof frame from the 12th century and the paintings from before the 14th century. Renovation work was completed in 2019. It now hosts concerts, a music festival, master classes and exhibitions.
