To celebrate spring, Des Abeilles et Vous, à l'Or de la ruche invites you to a friendly, educational event:
La Fête des Abeilles, a two-day open house dedicated to discovering the fascinating world of bees, traditional beekeeping and local know-how.
Young and old alike can plunge into the world of pollinators and understand their essential role in biodiversity and our food supply.
On the programme:
Discovering the profession of beekeeper and the life of bees
Introduction to work in the apiary and how honey is processed
Explanations about biodiversity and the environment
Meetings, exchanges and moments of sharing
Discovery and tasting of products from the hive
Activities for all the family
This festival is an opportunity to gain a better understanding of the link between nature, bees and the region, while meeting the passionate craftspeople who work every day to promote respectful beekeeping.
