Nestling in the heart of the countryside, this character house offers on the ground floor a large entrance hall with a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, a separate living room with fireplace, a bedroom with 1 x 160 x 200 bed and separate toilet and shower room. First floor: 3 bedrooms:
- 1 with 1 bed 160 x 200 and its private bathroom and wc and a separate dressing room.
- 1 with 1 bed 160 x 200 and its private bathroom and wc
- 1 with 2 single beds 90 x 200 and en-suite bathroom and wc.
Private parking.
Private terrace not overlooked, garden furniture, barbecue.
The swimming pool is located in an enclosed courtyard, facing south and sheltered from the wind. At the beginning and end of the season, the pool is heated to ensure a pleasant temperature. The pool is open from 15/05 to 30/09. Please note that the pool is semi-private and shared with the owners living in the main house.
From the property there are various walks through the woods and meadows. The lucky ones will be able to spot roe deer, foxes, rabbits and various species of birds in this protected area. In autumn, the long walks in the woods can also be an opportunity to pick chestnuts, walnuts and mushrooms (if you're a connoisseur!).
The permaculture vegetable garden, the untreated apple orchard and the henhouse provide plenty of untreated, seasonal produce all year round. On your arrival, you will receive a Gourmet Basket with a selection of our best products.
A compulsory cleaning fee of €150 is payable on departure.
